Does NGC send an email verifying that they have received your order?

At this point, we do not send an email upon receipt of your submission. However, we plan to provide that service at some point in the future.

 

If you would like to check that your submission was received, you may do so online if you are a Collectors Society member with a paid full featured account by choosing "My Order Status" from the Coins menu. Or you may contact NGC customer Service by calling 1.800.NGC.COIN
