The strike is soft, but the surfaces are pretty good. I think the marks on the cheek and neck will limit the grade to MS64.

I'm still having trouble determining wear vs. soft strike. To me, first off, it looks like an incredibly soft strike, based upon the hair near the bun and the lettering on the reverse. But, that could be rub on the cheek. I would have to see it in-hand. IF it's not rub on the cheek, I would say MS-63 to MS-64.
