NGCs Toning Position

If you check these links, I would appreciate your opinion on whether or not you would consider slabbing these. As has been discussed in the U.S. Coins, many of the posters considered these to be AT. If they ARE AT, does that alter the grade?---The actual MS condition of the coin, in your opinion?

Dave,

 

NGC does not render opinions regarding grading without actually seeing the coin. Because images can be dramatically different than the actual coin, we refrain from this. However, to answer your question, if the coin was deemed as Artificially Toned, there would be NO grade assigned to the coin. If the toning were real, it may enhance the grade if it were felt to be extreme, positive eye appeal. Again, without seeing the actual coins, there would be no way to tell which of these scenarios might play out.
