NGC Certified coin to NCS

It is difficult to determine potential conservation results from an image. Determining a grade is even more difficult. The spot at around 7 o'clock on the obverse could be addressed. Without actually seeing the coin I would not be able to tell what might happen to this spot through conservation.

 

All coins that are submitted for conservation that are already certified will be evaluated for conservation in part to predict their grading outcome after the conservation. If it is felt there is a risk that the coin will not grade at least what is currently stated, we will not perform and conservation work on the coin.
