I think it is a solid MS65 but I just cant tell if it has FS or not. The picture has some shadows, but I would say that if you submitted it, then it probably is FS. If I was going to write a description for this coin, it would go something like this:

It may be that I read this late at night, but I wanted to tell you that yes, it did take a second reading before I figured it out. And yep, it made me laugh out loud.

I'll say MS65FS, based on luster breaks.

I would venture to say MS65. I'm not seeing FS tho' as it looks like steps 3 & 4, and 5 & 6 are merging.

I think if you submitted it to PCGS, it would most likely make FS.
