1897 Morgan - vam-6a w/ brown spots

Picked up this Morgan today - other than the brown spots, I think this Morgan could grade MS-63/64 vam-6a. Can NCS remove the brown spots and forward to NGC for grading?

It is difficult to judge for certain any conservation potentials from an image. We may be able to remove the spots on your coin. After conservation we could certainly forward your coin for grading with NGC.
