1927 Peace Dollar Reverse.

I found this Peace Dollar. Is this damage or what is called a struck through at 10 o'clock?

That looks struck through to me something like a coffee bean

There is a post mint scrape right above the ONE that is forced damage, so at this time, one cannot be certain the other 2 depression areas are strike throughs or perhaps a defective planchet or even more post mint damage.
