The first one is Poland Y12 20 Groszy

The second one is Czechoslovakia KM 2 50 haleru

Third one is Egypt 10 piastres 1972. I think it is KM 431 which is a mule of the obv of KM 504 with the reverse of KM 430.

Condor beat me to it, looks like he got them right. On the Egyptian coin, the date on the left is our date and the date on the right is the Arabic date. I'm not entirely sure why they put both dates on there.

A "mule" is a coin made from the obverse die for one issue and the reverse die from another.

 

Sometimes that's just the way the Mint does it on purpose, and sometimes they are error coins with dies that were never intended to be used together.
