Copies show up on eBay from time to time.

 

Other than that, I'd try the numismatic booksellers (John Burns, Orville Grady, George Kolbe, etc.). I'd especially keep an eye on numismatic book auctions - Kolbe, etc.

 

If you're not already, subscribe to the E-Sylum to keep up on the book auctions and booksellers.
