Appropriate asking price for 1804 .25 PCGS VG10??

Just as the title says, what would be an appropriate asking price for an 1804 quarter in PCGS VG10 condition? I checked the value out on the PCGS price guide, and the numismedia? price list, are these prices about right for this coin?

It would also depend greatly on the eye appeal of the coin.

Yes, the eye appeal is paramount in this case, and could affect the value by thousands.

lets assume the coin has no hairlines and is dove grey and with above average eye appeal and solid for the grade vg10 pcgs

 

$7750.00 approx

 

lets assume the coin is at best average eye appeal and with some hairlines and cleaned in the past but still decent pcgs vg10

 

$6100.00 approx
