1959 D/D/D Lincoln question.....

Recently got this Lincoln. 1959 D/D/D RPM...VP-001, I understand the mint mark designation. But the date also seems to have some nice doubling on it...is the date doubling part of the description for this variety?..

i don't see anything.. the 1 or the inside of the 9 maybe.............?

The 5 seems to be to the north, or could that be just reflection...??
