Separate slots for Proof Clad and Proof Silver issues?

It has been suggested that we create separate slots for Proof Clad and Proof Silver issues for the 10C, 25C, and 50C denominations dated 1992 - date in the following sets:

 

USA Type Set

Dime Type Set

Quarter Dollar Type Set

Half Dollar Type Set

20th Century Type Set

21st Century Type Set

 

Currently the Clad and Silver issues dated 1992 - date are eligible for the same slot in these sets.

 

These issues DO have separate slots in the Proof denominational Date sets, i.e., Roosevelt Dimes 1965 - date, Proofs, Washington Quarters 1965 - 1998, Proofs and Kennedy Half Dollars 1964 - date, Proofs.

A complete set will have both silver and clad items in the set, well at least in my eyes aways.

I hope they make the change!!

How would the 1998-S silver specimen Kennedy half be affected by this change? You already allow this con in the half dollar type set as a clad variety.

The 1998 S Silver 50C Specimen would be made eligible for the Proof Silver slot.
