Hard to tell with the crappy images the seller provides, especially the obverse. Now looking at the reverse, I'd say that has a chance of having been struck with the copper core exposed.

 

I see mint luster showing through what just maybe the core.

 

Gamble auction anyway you look at it...auction amount will determine to bid or not.
