1964-D Kennedy Half Reverse Types Question

I was looking through a batch of 1964-D Kennedys at the B&M today, and I noticed that several of them had the 'accented hair' style reverse, where the stars break the reverse rays...is one reverse rarer than the other, and does it carry a premium? I've never heard of this reverse being used on business strikes, but then again, I'm not a Kennedy half expert!
