Kennedy Proofs

Just a question on the Kennedy Proof Registry Set....

What is the approximate REAL value of this set? I realize it depends on grades of each coin, but, in general, the "values" given seem about double the actual value. My set, for instance, has a quoted value of $8500. It is number 23 at the moment, listed under "Treeman". I'm thinking, that, if I were to sell, it would probably bring around $4500. Does this seem about right? If so, why are the Numismedia prices so high? They seem to be within the ballpark for Classics......

Most of the time....the coins will sell on eBay for half of the Numismedia price. If you have any 70UC they sell for alot less.

Like I just got a 2005 Clad PF-70UC on eBay for $13.46.

Your 90's PF-70UC will go for more the 00's.
