1877 Liberty Seated Half-your opinion as to its grade please

I graded this 1877 LSH$ at VF20 but would appreciate your opinions please. I'm not sure what is on the top of the reverse of the coin-looks like ink of some kind. Seller has not answered back yet.

I'd say VF22.5 (not quite a 25, but a little better than a 20 detail-wise) cleaned and retoned.

The top of the reverse is a result of the image editing software. Some of the denticles must have been the same color as the background the coin was shot on.

 

I grade this coin Fine, but I do not like it.

If you were going to assemble a complete set in albums then I'd say this is a great coin for the set, otherwise, I'd pass on it.

F-15, but too common of an issue to "settle" if it doesn't really meet your cosmetic standards.

I think this one would top out at VF-20, and as James mentioned that might be a little generous. It doesn't look too bad, but I'm sure you can do better.
