Looking to buy this 1891 Liberty Seated Dimes-Grade and value?

What grade value would you place on this 1891Liberty Seated Dime that I am looking to buy? Sellers pics which(believe it or not are worse than my normal pics-jmo).

The details look high AU or even MS. But it's hard to see the surfaces in that photo so I can't really tell if there is any rub. It does look over dipped or polished and isn't a coin that I would be buying.

Picture is not good enough to grade coin.

I'd say polished and as such worth less than $10 IMO.

Looks like it could even be made from aluminum or something. Or maybe somebody dipped all of the life out of it. Poor poor coin.
