NCS Counterfeit Slab and/or Coin?

I came across a NCS slabbed 1798 Draped Bust Dollar that I believe is a counterfeit (both slab & coin) and have emailed NCS with no reply so I came here in hopes someone would help me with determining if this is a counterfeit slab and/or coin:
