The two coins must arrive at NGC still sealed in the Millennium Set packaging. We would prefer that the dollar bill that is also in the set NOT be sent to NGC, unless you would like the dollar bill graded by PMG. The flap that contains the two coins may be cut off from the rest of the packaging and the coins will still be sealed within. That is the only portion of the packaging we need. If you do prefer to send in the whole packaging, we will return this with the dollar bill when the coins have been graded.
