control panel problems/oddities

Why is it that every time I start an invoice to send coins to NGC I have to log out and re-log in to get full control of my control panel in the collectors society ? After I fill out an invoice, when I go back to my control panel it is red instead of blue and I lose some of the functions of the control panel . I am still logged in at the time too. The only way to fix this problem is to log out and re-log in . Then everything is back to normal.

You should be able to just click the "coins" tab in the upper left.

 

But you shouldn't have to. We'll check out ways to prevent it from jumping to the "all" tab.
