Hi there

 

There are a couple of strange things going on with the date !

There seems to be "Dots" within the 8 which i have never seen before!

Also check the right hand side of the base of the 1 because from your pictures there seems to be a shadow of something ? as with the top of the 6 I have marked the next picture for you.. there is nothing listed in Fletcher like this

I think you should ask skippy (Howard) or IGWT about this as they has probably seen this before and will be of more help than me
