FREAKY or just interesting returns?

I have noticed on my submissions for proof SAE and proof modern commemoratives that they are returning with 60% getting PF69 and 40% getting PF70.

 

This is not an over all average...it is dead on with every submission no matter the amount. Depending on my current cash flow, I usually send in 5 or 10 at a time. 5 coins 3/2 split......10 coins 6/4 split and so on. It's happened every time. I am interested to know what returns others who collect these are getting?

 

Is this like X-Files weird or am I just freakin' as wife lovely wife seems to think!
