First, I would like to thank James for mentioning this. I missed it completely in the March 24 issue.

 

As for the "debate", I must agree with James. There are times when "doctoring" is necessary and can benefit the collector who is not blessed with deep pockets.

 

Now, had I been one of the "fence-sitters" who could possibly go either way, I would still have to cast my vote to James' side. Why? Because he expressed his opinion clearly and concisely in layman's terms, whereas, Mr. Tutt, being the lawyer that he is, used so much legalese that he loses the reader in the "fine print".
