Bought this coins as 1848/7/6 half dime

I bought this half dime as 1848/7/6, but I'm not an expert and not sure if it's really a 8/7/6

I see some doubling, but thet's all I can say.

Can someone tell me what it really is?

It's a match to the small image of an 1848/7/6 in my old Blythe book.

From the book, "An identifying diagnostic of this variety is a heavy die file mark in the field right of the date joining the rim"

I bought one to after reading Breen, paid a small premium and found out Breen was wrong agin, just try to sell it and see what happens:(
