one or two submission forms?

Hello,

 

I have a question to your submission form.

I would like to send you some coins for conservation and some for details grading only.

Do I need to seperate the "Conserve" coin and the "Grading" coins to two submission forms or can I write them on only one submission form?

And do you send them back in one package?

Coins submitted for conservation, coins submitted for details holders, and coins submitted for genuine holders would all need to be submitted on separate submission forms. Any number of submission forms could be included in the same package when shipping coins to us.
