I don't see any clash marks but I do see "shadowing" of the star on the reverse. The pictures are small and can hide a lot of tiny marks but I would guess it's at least an MS65 with a lot of luster for a type 1.

I hope youre right RGT. The seller stated he felt it was undergraded and from his pics it appears he was right, gotta see it in hand though. Its currently in an ANACS MS63 holder.
