Does NGC World Coin crossover ICCS graded coins?

I have handful of Canadian coins graded by ICCS and would like to submit them to NGC. Does NGC crossover ICCS coins? If so, can I specifiy minimum grades to cross?

Dear bit1work,

 

Yes, NGC accepts ICCS graded coins for crossover grading and you would submit them as you would any regular crossover. The minimum grade you specify cannot be higher than the grade on the holder.
