1873 Trade Dollar - Enough Evidence ?

Is there enough visual evidence in the Ebay sellers picture to decipher wheather this is a REAL TARDE DOLLAR or Fake.

Its tough with the pictures ..

If I was forced to bet yes or no, I'd say it's real. But the pic just isn't good enough to determine such definitively.

I'd vote genuine, but I'd never pay big money for a coin from an eBay seller based on those pictures without an iron clad return policy.
