kennedy wrong stock / planchet errors

I have a collection of Kennedy half dollar which range from 10.4 grams to 11.8 grams. Normal weight is 11.34 grams. Can anyone tell me what range is considered within mint tolerances thereby allowing me to ascertain which off weight coins are suitable for submission as mint errors? Thank you.
