Do you believe these Mint boxes of SMS are unopened?

Based only on the auction description, would you be lead to believe these are unopened, mint sealed boxes?

No. Seller doesn't state unopened, so must not be? Would be a good question to ask the seller though.

Unless I missed it, neither auction specifically says "unopened." From the pics, they appear to be, but I just automatically assume that most sellers on ebay are, shall we say, slightly less than ethical, and try to bid (or not) accordingly.

Admittingly, I wrote the seller after the auctions closed, but he confirmed each box was still mint sealed.
