Hi

Depending on the strike and from what I can see, it looks weak in some areas. So the coin could be overgraded. Fully strucked coins can only reside in MS65 and higher certified grades but this is another problem area for the TGC's. The color looks great! And if the strike is less than full, the coin grades MS64 at best.
