ngc 1999 holders

i recently acquired a 1999 p delaware quarter and i'm suspecting there may be something wrong with the coin/holder combination. first off it says ms66 w on it and when i look at the cert number it does not say that. it just says ms66. anyone know what i can do to insure its validity? or is this just a typo on the holder?

Its legit....NGC added a W to denote white coins or untoned coins for a while but gave up the practice when it didn't catch on. The W will not show up when looking up the cert number (thumbs u
