Here's a Britannia you don't see everyday! Was it used in commerce?

unfortunately I bought the 2006 Britannia...with the lady on the beach with the lion, pointing to a Sailing Ship at sea (you knew there was a ship, right?)...when it arrived in its case and capsule from the Royal Mint, the obverse had the exact abraiding on it that your coin has...the capsule doesn't fit tight and even though the plastic is "smooth" I believe that was the cause (you can literally rattle the coin)...maybe this one came completely out of its capsule or was part of a bullion roll...just some guesses...

I believe that the cheek on the queen just doesn't get struck up properly. Cheek scuffing is lamentably common on these coins.
