Thomas Jefferson Presidential Proof errors

So, awhile ago I posted about three Jefferson proof presidential errors. I submitted them for review and here is the cryptic results. Can someone please decipher this so I know exactly what I have?

 

001 2007S THOMAS JEFFERSON DOUBLE STRUCK 1ST O/C

002 2007S THOMAS JEFFERSON DOUBLE STRUCK 1ST O/C

003 2007S THOMAS JEFFERSON DOUBLE STRUCK W/ROTATION

 

Any ideas on value?

All three are double struck (of course all proofs are struck twice). In the case of the first two coins the first strike was off center and the second strike was properly centered. On the third coin there was a rotation of the die between the first and second strike.

 

As to value, I have no idea.

gold proofs are struck 3 times and the plat is 4 i think. they had a science chanel thing on making them :)
hm I think plats are as much as 7 times from what I remember.
