I didn't find any used for sale, but here are a couple links to new books. Stanton Books,

Telesphere Coin Books, Mark Johnson. All appear to be priced at $95.

Welcome to the forum, chas. I recently bought a copy(new) from numisbooks on ebay. I paid $69.95 which is a steal for a new copy. I just checked and they have another copy up for the same price. You might want to grab it. By the way I have bought books from them a couple of times with no issues. No guarantees I guess but I am willing to do more business with them. Good luck.
