One item of note. I am fairly sure that the 98 would upgrade should you choose to do so. It is currently in an NGC Fatty. MS64 and well worth MS 65 if you ask me.

It isn't labeled as one but the pictures sure do make it look as if it is. It is in a newer PCGS slab so I would say it just missed the PL designation.

When I looked at in in my loupe it had some yellow color but this didn't come out in the picture.
