1745 spanish pillar / want to get rid of...

I have recieved a spanish pillar dated 1745 w/ arabic 5. Have had to search internet to even figure out what I have. I have had this coin for about 7 years since the divorce of my parents but all I know about it is it was found in the Delaware River outside of Easton , Pa. in the 60's or early '70's. If it is worth anything to anyone please let me know.
