I would assume I would put REgrade on the form asking also for a desingation review along with the regrade review

When you send a coin already graded and encapsulated in an NGC holder in for re-grade you are asking for us to break the coin out of its’ current NGC holder and re-grade it. Whenever a coin is graded or re-graded designations such as FB, Cameo, FBL, PL etc are also done automatically without the need for a request. If you have an NGC graded and encapsulated coin and designation is all you are looking for NGC offers a designation review, under this service the coin is only looked at for designation and not re-graded.
