Ultra Sonic cleaning---just plain water + new unit?

Hi, I's my first posting question here at ngc. My name is Big Tom.

I ran across a new add for a brand new ultasonic, sound/vibration cleaner (usess clean water only) and I wanted to know if this may be used for coins (says totally safe for jewelry, glassware, coins,collectibles etc.

Any/all help is greatly appreciated.
