Great dimes Mike. I really like the 09-S

Thanks, Joe.

Nice 1915-D Half - Thought it was a very clean example - for an XF 40. I know you agree with me - now - are you going to crack this out for the Dansco ?

Don't forget to save the insert [ I tape mine on the inside back cover ].

1897 Nickel - PCGS 58 - newp - have not had it in hand yet !!

Joe - Great looking coins - love that old silver look. The 97-S Quarter is a

Bear to find - as if I had to tell you that - that's a really nice one - looks VF 35

IMHO...nice coin.

I'll post a few more Dimes later -

I am off today and have tons to errands to do.

okay - just one Dime ... :D

This is out of sequence...sorry ...

Great dimes Mike. I really like the 09-S

That's pretty funny really - as there was no image of a 1909-S - :o

I just got the precertified images back - and I plugged the 09-S image

into the appropiate slot.

Was this one difficult to locate?

Can't wait to see your '94-s! :baiting:

The overdate that's in my set was purchased out of a American Numismatic Rarities auction

in June of 2005. At that time it was in an ANACS 58 holder. It was also the first one I had ever

seen at auction - so - to answer your question - I guess its pretty difficult to locate.

This year - two AU overdates were sold - one graded at PCGS as an AU 58

- the other was Body Bagged.

I can hardly wait to see my 1894-S either... :roflmao:

I had the 1895-O imaged last February along with most of my Half Dollars

which I had no images of. The 1895-O came out of a Superior Auction sale

in October, 2000. I really went to the mat for this coin as I had not seen another

prior to this one in AU 58 - and only once since this one was purchased - have I

seen another AU 58.

Thanks, Jamie.

I liked Barbers as soon as Iaid eyes on a Half Dollar in my

Grandfather's coin box - and my Dad had a Quarter salted away

as well. I was a confirmed Barber Junkie when I found a Dime

back in the early 1960's.

Mike, you should like the Barber Half it was part of the UMAKEM collection that you lead me to.

The 1885 proof is a 63. A nice buisness strike is impossible to find, and the 1904 was a pick-up from Walkerguy at FUN in January. I will be there in 2011.

The dimes are spectacular, something new and better every day.
