Gonna be tough to find and be prepared to spend between 3-4000 dollars for it

True.Even if you do find one then it will probably be over priced by a large margin.Coin World does not give PR70 or MS70 values. I asked them about this and they said there is not enough activity for them due to their scarcity and it is hard to pin down a price.

Numismedia here gives a Price.Several months ago I was checking E BAY for Prices and a PR70 was being offered for 5K and it was in the 90s.Cn't remember if it was a 93 or 94. Numismedia listed it for a little over $1000.00
