Is NGC able to authenticate/slab this coin?

Hi, I have a japanese gold bar coin. I was wondering if its possible (due to its unique shape being shaped like a bar) to get this coin authenticated and/or graded by NGC? Could this coin even be put into an NGC slab sonically sealed due to its unique shape?

It's a Japan 1868-1869 (Meiji Era) Gold Nibu-Kin;

 

It is about 22% gold the rest is silver.
