Congratulations on the '89 Congress $5 - that's a nice coin in either proof or uncirculated. It can be frustrating when actual results fail to meet personal assessments. I tend to go the other way in being overly critical of minor imperfections, so occasionally I get a pleasant surprise. I've found my best ally in this regard is the 10x loupe - somewhat more magnification than customary for normal grading, but very handy in finding and evaluating even the smallest blemishes.
