AutoFill troubles

When you put up an NGC coin it auto fills a lot of the information. Is there any way to override that ? Take coin 2506692-001 - it comes out listed as : 2000 P 25C OFF- MARYLAND CENTER ON STRT CLIP PL Coin # 2082819-012 comes out as 2000 25C CONN. DIE ADJUSTMENT STRIKE (this is the wrong year ).

 

I also can not enter coin 2130443-011 into a signature set since it has no grade - Ths information for the signature set comes from the NGC database, it automatically fills in the available information for the slot so I can not use this coin. ??
