Anyone have any idea what it is. Did it fall off a pocketbook? While searching the web I foung a trademark court case in canada about platinum gucci coins. It's about the size of my little fingernail. Thanks for any help.

Paolo Gucci is a member of the Gucci family who left the family firm, and has been battling in courts all over the world - without much success - for the right to use his name as a trademark. Your token would appear to be part of that war.

 

Babel Fish chokes on the "Artificie Creatus", but one guess is that it means something about creating artifacts, which would be consistent with his efforts to achieve recognition.. confused-smiley-013.gif

 

Many of his products have this crest, which looks like the one depicted on your token: b3_2.JPG
