In my opinion, if it is not PCGS, NGC, ANACS, ICG or ICCS certified you should treat as if it were a raw coin and be suspicious why it is in the chosen holder.

They've been around for a year to a year and a half. Their very first slabs used generic shells but they very quickly switched to believe it or not a homemade slab made from three sheets of plexiglas with the coin in the center piece and then the three layers glued together. Then they cut out a slab sized piece from the plexiglas, apparently with a bandsaw. The edges of the slab are then beveled with a belt sander and then finally given a ribbed edge with a hand file. (Why they would go to all that work when they could just get generic shells for less than a dollar apiece is something I just can't understand.)

When they first got into grading currency they used standard mylar currency sleeves, put the not and their label inside and then sealed the holder closed by pressing the open end against a hot iron to melt it closed.

Just knowing that, does this sound like a grading service you would trust?
