Judging from the picture this coin has been buried for sometime and will never be returned to its original condition. It can however be improved somewhat and definately neutralized to promote its longer-term stability.

 

We can remove or reduce a lot of the active corrosion and encrustion while also neutralizing the coin. The coin's appearance should improve inthe process.
