I'd say he was upset. It happened to me the first time I bought a Merc certified by NNC, long story short it wasn't what I bought. So I threw it back on Ebay, my description was "not even close, to the grade stated, NNC can't grade worth a darn." Needless to say that honesty cost me a little bit of money.
