Retiring registry sets

2 posts in this topic

I am in the process of breaking up Dahlonega $5 set, linked here, and a few folks have asked if it were possible to retire the set in the registry, so that people can view it or use it as a resource in the future?

To my knowledge, this is not possible. Am I correct?

Thanks, Robert

We are going to have a “hall of fame” in the future. Since we are planning for this, we have already saved the Registry database at different points in time so we wouldn’t lose data on sets like this. We do not have a place to “retire” sets today. However, we have a saved copy of sets so that when we can open the hall of fame, we will have this information.
