Understanding Presidential Dollar Census Designations

I was looking at the Presidential Dollar census and was baffled by the list of designations for the coins. I know MS and MSPL (proof-like), but what are some of the other designations (like MSFD, MSFM, etc.)? Can someone please provide a translations? THANKS!

Translations for Presidential Dollar designations:

 

MSFD - Mint State First Day of Issue

MSFM - Mint State First Day of Mintage

MSFDP - Mint State First Day of Issue Prooflike

MSME - Mint State Mint Error

 

The MSFM designation is only used for the U.S. Mint Coin Covers.
